Admission Process

The admission process at Sevasadan College of Nursing is designed to ensure transparency and fairness. It is conducted as per the guidelines set by the Indian Nursing Council and Maharashtra Nursing Council. The process includes:

Eligibility Criteria:

Candidates who have passed 12th grade from a recognized board with at least 45% marks (Open category) or 40% marks (Reserved category) in any stream are eligible to apply.

Application Process:

The application forms for admission can be obtained online through the official Sevasadan College of Nursing website or at the college admission office.
After submission, the application will be reviewed for eligibility. Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a counseling session and personal interview.

Counseling and Interview:

In the counseling session, applicants will be provided with all necessary information about the course structure, fees, and facilities.
The interview is conducted to assess the candidate’s passion for nursing, communication skills, and understanding of the nursing profession.

Final Selection:

Based on the marks obtained in academic qualifications, NEET scores (if applicable), and performance in the interview, the final list of selected candidates will be posted on the college website and notice boards.

Sevasadan Institute of Health Science

Sevasadan Institute of Health Sciences is a Pioneer in vocational training for Paramedical courses started in year 2018. With an ever growing health sector, the requirement of skilled, technically sound paramedics increased fourfold over last decade. This need generated the necessity for a training Institute which will empower the youth with government approved skill set, a livelihood and inturn a better society. So far, 350 students have graduated and completed their training at our institute. They have now joined and are working in various hospitals in Sangli and the surrounding districts. Additionally, three students have been awarded fellowships by MUHS Nashik.

At Sevasadan Institute of Health Science, students are trained on highly sophisticated equipment and technology at certified hospitals. The doctors and technicians at the certified hospitals take keen interest in training the students and grooming them to serve the healthcare industry with good knowledge and complete dedication. The ongoing guest lectures by practicing doctors and continuous observership at the hospitals and other diagnostic centers give students an edge over others in the similarfield.

Dialysis Technology (DT) - Diploma : 1 Yr, Degree 3 Yrs

Dialysis Technology (DT) Renal Dialysis is a medical procedure that acts as an artificial kidney by removing waste from the blood and excess fluids from the body when kidney failure or disease prevents them from doing so.

Dialysis technicians are responsible for operating the machines that do this and monitoring the patient undergoing treatment. Nowadays renal dialysis has much scope, as prevalence of Diabetes mellitus is increasing, and so do the complication of Diabetes is.
